RETURN POLICY

• Returns and exchange are only for obvious defective items such as big hole or big stained which can’t be wash off and more than 1.5cm.
  
  
• ALL reasons listed below are NOT considered defects : 
  - Color variation from product photos, e.g. fuschia vs red. 
  - Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print patterns and arrangements, etc. 
  - Slight size variation of measurements within ±3cm.
  - Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc. 
  - Self-inflicted damage or cut to the product.
  
  
• Kindly contact us via Facebook Page within 3 working days upon receiving the item(s).
  
  
• All items must be shipped back within 3 working days after contacted us upon receiving your order and unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  
  
• SALE / Discounted items are strictly non exchangeable / returnable / refundable.
  
  
• We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.
  
  
• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
  
  
• All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item.
  
  
• FREE SIZE items are not applicable for exchange as measurements have been provided please check carefully before placing order.
  
  
• We are not liable for any missing/lost returns sent via non-trackable shipping.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.
  
  
• You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
  
  
• Item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.
